Many cleaning products are full of a ton of chemicals, but they work, so we continue using them for the health of our family and the fresh smell. In many instances you do not have to sacrifice getting rid of germs and having a pleasant scent. There are many natural solutions that clean just as well if not better than leading cleaning brands but are not full of chemicals. Many of the natural cleaners are already on hand in your own home.
Green Clean Essentials
Microfiber cloths, like e-cloth, have fine weaves that pick up dirt for you and with only needing water it’s a great cleaning cloth.
For home air fresheners I like to use water beads and an essential oil, such as jasmine. Typically air fresheners mask odor but does not get rid of them.
For kitchen cleaning I use e-cloth kitchen cloth and sometimes I will make a solution of lemon juice and vinegar. Feel free to change it up with any scent you are drawn to. I also occasionally will add a few drops of lavender or peppermint.
For the laundry I have became a fan of using vinegar, although I do not do it often and I never use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
I am not sure if many remember but another great cleaning product along with vinegar is peroxide.
